What is your return policy? 

**Holiday Return Policy:

Items may be returned for store credit or exchange only. We will accept any unused/unworn items with tags attached and an accompanying sales receipt until January 12th, 2020. All sale items are final sale.

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange within 14 days. Returns must be in original condition at the time of return. All items must be returned in original packaging, must not be worn, altered, or washed, and have all original tags still attached. Email to authorize a return. Please include your receipt and keep record of your tracking information. 

All sale items, grooming products, custom orders, and undergarments are final sale. 

Items purchased during a promotion will be eligible for store credit or exchange. 

All shipping and handling charges associated with returns are non-refundable. 

Shoes must be returned in original condition with the original box. Boxes must be protected during the shipping process with no labels affixed to the exterior of the box.

After we receive the items, we will issue a store credit to your account for the original purchase price. Please note that credit card transactions may take up to 10 days to process.

Storm Fine Apparel is not liable for lost or stolen packages without proof of delivery.

Do you charge sales tax on online orders?

We only charge sales tax on items shipped within the state of Colorado. All out of state purchases will not be charged sales tax. 

What is your product availability?

We try our best to ensure the accuracy of our online inventory. However, in the event of unforeseen stock outages we will send you an email confirmation within 24 hours and your card will not be charged for the unavailable items. 

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

We will happily gift wrap any item. Please include "Gift Wrap" in your purchase notes and we will wrap the item and black-out any pricing. 

Does sizing vary between brands? 

Sizing can vary between brands. We strongly suggest following our "Fit Tips" along with the size charts associated with each brand. If you have any questions about fit or sizing, please give us a call at 970.294.6306 and one of our friendly staff associates would be to talk to you about product differentiation to help you find the best fit.
